BELTON – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor football team stormed out to a 35-0 halftime lead and went on to a 65-10 victory over East Texas Baptist University Saturday afternoon in Belton.
WACO – Bryce Petty threw for three touchdowns and ran for two more, Shock Linwood ran for 182 yards and fifth-ranked Baylor remained unbeaten by passing its first big test with a 41-12 rout over No. 12 Oklahoma on Thursday night.

KINGSVILLE, Texas – For the first time since 2009, the Tarleton State football team has clinched at least a share of the Lone Star Conference Championship with a 45-20 victory over Texas A&M-Kingsville at Javelina Stadium Saturday night in Kingsville.
HEWITT – Hewitt Midway scored 21 unanswered points in the second quarter, including 14 in 10 seconds, to rally pass Harker Heights 45-21 at Panther Stadium on Friday night.
LA GRANGE – Weimar senior running back JaKyle Harris rushed for 75 yards in a 45-0 District 13-1A, Division I win over Thrall this past Friday night. On Monday night, Harris was in the Fayette County Jail, charged with first-degree murder.
